Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Each seller's return policy will vary.

  • Before purchasing an item, the Buyer must communicate with the Seller to clarify shipping deadlines and whether an item can be returned for refund, replacement, or exchange.
  • Item must be in the original packaging.
  • Item must be in the same condition it was received.

Refund Eligibility

Refund may be issued for the following reasons:

  • Buyer and Seller agree to cancel transaction.
  • Seller cannot complete transaction.
  • Item not as described.
  • Item damaged.
  • Item substantially delayed.
  • Item lost during shipping.
  • Seller declines sale.

Refunds

Buyer will receive the refund in the original payment method.

  • Transaction processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Shipping fees are only refundable if the Seller has not yet generated a shipping label.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to Purchases
  2. Find the item
  3. Click on the item Menu
  4. Select "Request refund"

How to issue a refund

  1. Go to Sales
  2. Find the item
  3. Click on the item Menu
  4. Select "Issue refund"
