Returns
Each seller's return policy will vary.

Before purchasing an item, the Buyer must communicate with the Seller to clarify shipping deadlines and whether an item can be returned for refund, replacement, or exchange.

Item must be in the original packaging.

Item must be in the same condition it was received.
Refund Eligibility
Refund may be issued for the following reasons:

Buyer and Seller agree to cancel transaction.

Seller cannot complete transaction.

Item not as described.

Item damaged.

Item substantially delayed.

Item lost during shipping.

Seller declines sale.
Refunds
Buyer will receive the refund in the original payment method.

Transaction processing fees are non-refundable.

Shipping fees are only refundable if the Seller has not yet generated a shipping label.
How to request a refund

- Find the item
- Click on the item Menu
- Select "Request refund"
How to issue a refund
- Go to Sales
- Find the item
- Click on the item Menu
- Select "Issue refund"
